In 2009 the IFA technology and EasyFood process provided a perfect solution as the main meal for Jessica Watson during her solo sailing journey around the World.

Jessicas   10m yaght “Ella’s Pink Lady” had very little room and no refrigeration for what turned out to be a journey of just under 7 months. Jessica was provided a range of products produced with the IFA Process including “Lamb Shank and Mint”, Beef Ribs & BBQ Sauce, Beef Stroganoff & Potato and Chicken Curry.
