“I was asked to review the organoleptic qualities of a Lamb Shank with Mint Sauce product using the IFA process. After the pouched product was heated for 2.5 minutes in a microwave, it was plated and served. I was so amazed with the quality of the product that I would find it hard to tell the difference between the IFA product and one prepared by an expert Chef. The products appearance and aroma was wonderful and the meat texture was so tender....I was amazed.”
